Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Hyke & Byke gear as much as we love designing and making it! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30-days* of purchase. For items to be returned, they must be purchased on www.HykeAndByke.com (see below for Amazon orders) unworn, unwashed, still have tags attached and be in sell-able condition.
To request a return or exchange, Click Here. For all returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and the customer will receive a refund of his or her full purchase price minus a $13.99 (per returned product) shipping and restocking fee. Hyke & Byke cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
For all replacement or exchanges, we will provide the customer the ability to purchase and print a shipping label and we will send a replacement free of charge. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for the refund to be applied to your account.
*Holiday Return Policy: Gear purchased from the official Hyke & Byke Store (https://hykeandbyke.com) in November and December may be returned/exchanged until January 31st of the following year.
